1. Who can take Reductil?
Reductil is for overweight people with a (BMI) of 30 or higher, or for overweight people with a lower BMI but have health issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol. You should first have attempted other methods of weight loss like exercise and diet.
2. Who is Reductil suitable for?
Although Reductil is ok for males and females it should never be given to children, expectant mothers, or mothers who are breast feeding. It important to advise your doctor about any current medication that you take, as Reductil should not be taken in combination with some other medications.
3. How time period can i take Reductil for?
Reductil can be taken for up to one year. If however you fail to lose weight in the first two to three months, or you gain weight, stop taking it and discuss this with your doctor.
4. Are there any activities I should not undertake?
Reductil does have the potential to impair judgement and coordination. Because of this activities such as driving and using machinery should be done with extreme caution. DO NOT drink alcohol or take other prescription drugs, without first seeking advice from your doctor.
